The Franchise Dossier is an independent research desk. We read the disclosures so prospective franchise owners don't have to.

Reach us

Email editor@franchisedossier.com. We read every message, though we can't provide individualized legal or financial advice.

Corrections welcome

Accuracy is the whole point of this site. If a figure in one of our franchise files is out of date or doesn't match a brand's current FDD, please tell us the brand, the item number, and the source — we prioritize corrections and update the file.

What we can't do

We are not a franchisor, a broker, or a franchise consultant, and we don't sell or place franchises. We can't tell you whether to buy a specific franchise — that decision belongs to you, your attorney, and your accountant after reading the full current FDD.
